By property | January 16, 2008
For those interested in the Bulgarian real estate investment or for those who have already invested in the Bulgarian coast line real estate it is good to know that the Spanish company Iberdrola will invest 45 million euro in an apartment complex beach in Bulgaria which will be the largest international initiative of the company so far.
The operation is part of the process of international expansion planned for the company’s 2008-2010 strategic plans, which has already been positioned in Mexico and Portugal.
The project entails the construction of a resort of 2,500 apartments off the beach Koral Beach, which will also have commercial and leisure areas, common areas, sports and a “beach”.
Iberdrola has acquired real estate and the land for the construction of the complex in the coastal town of Tsavero, to the east of Bulgaria, on the southern coast of the Black Sea. Moreover, it is located to the south of Burgas, the fourth largest city in the country, at the foot of the Strandja National Park and 50 kilometers from Turkish border.
