The real estate transactions in Europe reached in 2007 an amount of about 220,000 million, which represents a 13% less on the volume recorded in 2006, according to data supplied by the real estate consultant Jones Lang LaSalle.
Specifically, the consultant emphasized that this decline occurred as a reflection of the fall of operations in the second half of the year, when it negotiated an approximate volume of 100,000 million Euros, 25% less than in the same period of 2006, while in the first half of 2006 had been negotiated 121,000 million Euros.
