Bahia de Banderas – Tres Mares Project – Puerto Vallarta

By property | January 17, 2008

Bahia de Banderas or Banderas Bay is the third largest natural bay in Mexico

BahĂa de Banderas is both a bay and a municipality in the Mexican state of Nayarit.

In Banderas Bay are some of the best beaches in the country. Places like Punta Mita, Destiladeras, Sayulita and San Francisco, just to mention a few, are true havens in the lush coastline Nayarita.I found few photos taken by an amateur but they are none the less magnificent.Somewhere in these photos you can see the place where the Tres Mares Luxury Beachfront Residence Puerto Vallarta is going to be built. Tres Mares development is comprised of oceanfront villas, penthouses, condominiums, and townhouses. The photos are taken from aboard a ship, before the actual project Tres Mares started, so it was nice to see how the area looked before they started building. As far as I know the project is not finished as yet and I’ll post some photos of the Tres Mares construction progress.

Well, duh! I changed my mind about posting those construction progress photos. The site where you can find them it is almost inaccessible see below.

You can check them out yourself at: http://www.tresmares.info/  ,the site is not very user friendly and sometimes it is off line.

28/04/2008 – The site work just fine and thanks to Mike Dutch you can see the construction progress via the website mentioned above or by just following this link : http://www.silvabrisset.com/Tres_Mares_/Construction_Progress.html

Hi, and thank you for your posting. Indeed now the construction progress can be clearly seen.
It seems that when I visited the website there were some technical issues related to the web hosting or design. The pages took forever to upload.
