Los Mangos new residential development in Puerto Vallarta

I’m just curios if many people heard about the “Los Mangos” new residential development located in the village of Buceria, not far away from Puerto Vallarta.

Well, I didn’t until today when surfing the net I bumped into this web site: http://www.grupolaceiba.com/

Los Mangos seems to be a very attractive investment opportunity in Mexico, due to the beautiful ocean side location and the warm middle humid climate.

There are 27 newly built condominiums on a 7717 m2 area with all the amenities.

Prices are starting from around $ 100,000 USD and up to

I’m not 100 percent sure the information is right.

As far as I know the project was scheduled to be built, or the building work started in 2006.I I guess it should be finished by now.

For those interested in investing in Mexico and particularly in Puerto Vallarta I assume this should be of interest.
