El Oasis de Marrakesh, a new residential project in Marrakech; located near the Palm, on 8 hectares. The project includes a complex of three residences with a total of nearly 1,014 apartments from 60 to 200 m2 including 28 duplex. The m2 is available from 20,000 DH.

As far as I’m concerned all I know that the project should be finished by middle of 2008. I could not find any real prices including taxes, and the developer’s site does not mention anything about detailed prices or any sort of contracts. To me it looks a bit ambiguous.
Yes, the project it is nice presented and it look very attractive, but the lack of details makes you think twice; and by the way the English language option is not available.
It seems that a lot or companies are trying to market El Oasis de Marrakesh, including Spanish and Irish estate companies, yet they are also failing to provide detailed prices and information.

All they say is: “prices starting from 120,000 Euros” and of course the beautiful presentation. I’m wondering why so much mystery about this project.
After some time I managed to find a website talking about El Oasis and they mentioned some prices too, but I lost the websites’ address…D’oh

Je me permets de vous répondre en français, car c’est plus facile pour moi. J’ai eu l’opportunité de visiter le projet en avril cette année. J’ai pu avoir les prix sur place. Le prix est calculé en fonction de la surface, du type de logement et de sa situation sur le site, …. Le projet semble magnifique et prometteur. Il y a possibilité de mettre l’appartement en location gérance. A mi 2008, Le projet n’est pas achevé, comme vous l’avez indiqué. Le personnel sur place n’est pas en mesure de donner une date sur la livraison des appartements.
