It is only me, or the mass media in each country is nothing than a huge misleading, manipulating source of lies?
In Romania, the real estate trading had really come to a standstill, because of the overpriced second hand property. Still the mass media is trying to suggest that the holiday houses in the Carpathian Mountains are selling like mad and the demand is greater than the supply. What a bunch of … !!
In that particular news they were stating that the developers cannot cope with the demand of new holidays homes and the authorities were trying to slow down the developers by imposing new regulations such as compulsory underground parking and so on. What a joke.
They showed few people asking details about a villa priced at around 400,000 Euros mentioning at the same time that there are people in the queue awaiting for the same property.
So to say, the good people of the reach and prosperous Romania are fighting among each other
over holiday villas priced at almost a half million.
Hey people, why buying cheaper in Spain, France, Italy or Austria when you can buy in Romania?
That is if you still can put your hands on a holiday villa, because they are almost sold out; all of them!!
So take your place in the queue and wait for the time when the property developers will build enough villas for everyone.
I wonder when someone will understand that if 300,000 people out of a population of 23 million afford to buy a house or live decent it does not mean that the population of that country has a decent life.
