Another Punta Colonet land for sale
By property | April 21, 2008
Because of the rising interest in Punta Colonet, I decided to find more estate agencies selling land in that area.
This is what I came up with, searching the Mexican web sites:
1 .- a plot that has a total area of 886689.78 square meters (219.10583 acres) and is located at the exit to the sea San Antonio (a path wide and well-charted), walking up to a km, before reaching the sea.
2. - together two plots with a total area of 1′919375 .40 square meters. (474.29 acres) located at the exit to the sea San Antonio (a path wide and well-charted), walking up to half a km, before reaching the sea.
3. - a plot with an area of 400000.00 square meters. (98.84 acres) and is located at the exit to the sea San Antonio (a path charted comprehensive and well), very close to the previous ones.
Their website is : http://www.homefuture.com.mx , their email : homefuture1 [at] yahoo [dot] com [dot] mx ,
phone number : 646-175-7613.
I guess these guys know their business well and they are active in that area, so I bet they have some bargains regarding the land in Punta Colonet. It won’t hurt to contact them.
Here is another one directly from owner I guess, selling for around $ 7 per square meter :
“Punta Colonet … 20 Hectares of Land overlooking the ocean in the area of tourism colonet what we sell $ 7.50 dlls m2.
Info. (664) 176-6892 in Tijuana”

The area is bracing itself for the influx of construction in the near future , sources in northern Baja and in Mexico city having difficulty telling everyone the right story about the development. Some say in No baja that everything is moving and in Mexico city that environmental concerns are in the way. You site is talking about the price of the dirt around the port area. It would be a good thing to print the actual area with GPS location to map the area for viewing. But this is just my point of view. Poncho
