RealCapita, a leading investment firm based in Bahrain, unveiled RealOutlook, a series of real estate references that highlight the latest real estate developments in the market. The launch coincided with the Property Arabia event, the global property exhibition held at Bahrain International Exhibition and Convention Center.
The first issue of this reference covers the residential sector. The subsequent reports would cover the retail, commercial and hospitality sectors on a quarterly basis.
According to the Chief Executive Officer of RealCapita, Mohammed Al Tawash, RealCapita is the first real estate firm to produce such detailed reference intended to serve the Kingdom’s property market. RealOutlook aims to fill this void which exists due to lack of accurate information.
It offers the facts and figures thereby helping investors to expedite their process of decision-making. The major market characteristics and trends would be comprehensively covered by RealOutlook.
The Deputy CEO of RealCapita, Qais Al Maskati, said that RealOutlook is a new way of presenting market data. The availability of information in RealOutlook is based on the market absorption for various projects.
Through the launch of RealOutlook, the company plans to initially cover the real estate market in Bahrain, and then spread coverage to include the whole GCC region.
