Bahrain Property | Marina West Tower for Sale

The iconic new residential development of Bahrain, the Marina West, announced that its Tower 8 will be open for sale during the forthcoming BIPEX (Bahrain International Property Exhibition) to be held between the 23rd and 25th October 2008 in Bahrain.
The US$700mn beachfront development, located along the West Coast of the Kingdom announced the sale, following the successful sale of about 55 percent of the entire development.
‘Asteco’, the exclusive sales agent for Marina West has welcomed the current owners, potential buyers, and anyone interested in visiting the Marina West Sales Center of “Tower 8†located on Janabiyah Highway, close to the Marina West site.
The ‘Tower 8’ is a 26 storey building, offering a total of 136 units comprising single, double, triple bedrooms, duplexes, and the sky villa units with balconies, facing the sea or the Marina.
The Managing Director of Marina West Real Estate Company, Mahmood Janahi, expressed his delight over the launch of “Tower 8†said that just as was the case with the three other phases released earlier by the development, the Tower 8, too, would generate an overwhelming response amongst buyers.
The prices of the units begin from BD85,000 and for the bigger three-bedroom “Maisonette†apartments ranging 184 square meters, the rates start from BD900 per square meter.
Spreading across 350,000 square meters of residential, retail and leisure space, Marina West is the largest gated beachfront residential community in Bahrain, due for completion in 2010. The towers will accommodate duplexes, luxury apartments, simplexes, penthouse suites, and a complete range of recreation and leisure amenities, apart from a marina and private beach. The eleventh tower would offer a 286-room five-star hotel.
The developer confirmed that the project would be delivered by April 2010, as scheduled.
The sale of “Tower 8†units have been released on sale at the right time when the property market in Bahrain are at an all-time high with the country drawing investors interest from across the globe.
