Palermo Viejo Property Residential Apartment Complex in Palermo Viejo Argentina
In a corner and forgotten traditional stands a housing complex and a boutique hotel, designed by the architectural studio Lopatin, its secrecy, the synergy of uses.
There is no economic crisis or the flu to stop the expansion of Palermo Viejo. Dark streets and old houses with Verdin and humidity continue to mutate in contemporary buildings that seek to differentiate themselves through design.
In this flow is the transformation of the corner of Nicaragua and Arévalo, surrounded by banana and palm trees centuries, and where in 1927 the architect Valentin Brodsky built a building of eclectic architecture that the Jewish community went to the Jewish Orphan Asylum Argentine.
The building, which was then a social club in the community armenia and later became the terminal bus of line 57, is now part of a housing project and boutique hotel that promises to restore vitality to this corner of Palermo Hollywood, where recently carried out work of widening and replacement of sidewalks, leveling them with the road, extending corners and placed lighting, bollards and baskets.
The complex is developed by Live Starnova Hotel Group and designed by Architecture Studio Lopatin. Occupies 30,000 m2 living in an apartment complex in the back of the field where the original building and operate a hotel of 90 rooms.
Both sectors are around a square courtyard or dry, and have a single access from the street through the lobby Nicaragua hotel, emphasizing the synergy of uses.
A structure of reinforced concrete exterior walls of brick masonry and interior hollow shape the volume of homes designed by LopatĂn.
The building is housing, which has exceptional views to the city because all the environments are external units.
These eleven floors spread over 3 separate bodies, yet on the 12th floor by the terrace, covered by a large deck with a pool lapacho. Part of the same terrace was compartmentalized into a series of 10 private terraces each with a grill and a whirlpool.
In every body there is between two and five apartments per floor. The two environments ranging from 57 to 80 m2, with 3 holding between 80 and 125 m2, and the duplex, on floors 10 and 11, are up to 200 m2, terrace with jacuzzi and are ready for home automation.
All departments have floating floors, ceramic and porcelain, carpentry and sheet metal bent slab radiant heating by, among other details of termination.
In addition to accessing the services of the hotel, the residents of the new building be used exclusively in a number of amenities including indoor pool, track, aerobics, small movie, maid service, concierge, gym, sauna, Scottish shower, wash cars, grill, whirlpool and laundry. Glass and white marble are the coatings that dominate the facade.
The housing complex is inhabited and 20% of the owners are foreigners. The opening of the hotel, full renovation, is scheduled for later this year.

It is located in the northeast of the city, bordering the barrios of Belgrano to the north, Almagro and Recoleta to the south, Villa Crespo and Colegiales to the west and the RĂo de la Plata river to the east. With a total area of 17.4 km2 (7 sq mi), Palermo is the largest neighborhood in Buenos Aires. As of 1991 it had a population of 256,927 inhabitants (1991 census [INDEC]). It is the only barrio within the administrative division of Comuna 14.
