The roots of the company are well founded on the principles and traditions established by one of the most respected families on the island, the Floissac family, who have demonstrated dedication and staunch moral fiber throughout the years via their well-established, highly regarded, family law firm, Floissac, Fleming and Associates.
Managing Director of Belle Vue Properties Ltd, Heather Floissac, breaks from the family tradition, being the legal profession, to become a real estate entrepreneur. She began Plural Agencies Limited in 1988, a combined insurance and real estate agency. Due to its success and growth, the two concerns became separated entities in 2005 with Belle Vue Properties concentrating selectively on the real estate industry and Plural Agencies retaining the insurance sector. Heather Floissac, with an MBA from UWI, brings a dynamic personality, ten years of real estate sales experience and a comprehensive knowledge of St. Lucia together to the benefit of each client.
Mrs Trissa Charles is the new addition to the Belle Vue Properties team. Trissa brings a wealth of sales experience to the Company. Trissa previously worked as a Sales and Marketing Executive in a Hotel and an Assistant Manager in another. She also worked for the St.Lucia Tourist Board and was the Assistant Investment Promotions Officer for the National Development Corporation charged with organising conventions throughout the Caribbean and specialised in the area of Tourism Investment Properties. NDC is the investment arm of Government. Trissa also produced her own Women’s Fashion Magazine.
Secretary/Assistant of Belle Vue Properties, Kendra Harrow, is the pleasant and efficient voice on the answering end of the Belle Vue telephone. Having been with the company for over two years, she is very adept at keeping the office in smooth operating order and she is a definite asset, giving a vibrant first impression to new customers.
